Development record: October 9, 2026. Written retrospectively.
Consider a hypothetical guide correction: your product supported exports last month, but the guide said it didn’t. Earlier customer reports may deserve review. A feature introduced today doesn’t necessarily change what those older conversations meant.
Primer is the product knowledge LiteLedger uses when interpreting customer conversations. Its new change history records what changed in that context, the changed text, and the decision about earlier reports. Workspace admins can reopen a change to review that decision.
When a newly recorded change needs review, it does not add an Old primer mark by default. A workspace admin can mark earlier reports when the revised knowledge warrants another look. For dated changes, the admin can limit that mark to report windows reaching the relevant date. Marking preserves the report’s contents. Rerunning analysis is a separate action.
The review shows how many reports a decision would reach. For wording changes, an AI review can recommend whether to mark earlier reports and explain its reasoning. The workspace admin decides whether to mark them.
