Give analysis the context your team already has.

Your product has its own language, features, and ways of getting things done. Add that knowledge to Primer so LiteLedger can draw on your product docs when analyzing customer conversations and answering questions in Ask.

Put a customer’s words in product context.

Your product guide

Preview and publishing are different steps.

For this fictional product, preview shows a draft. Publishing to a custom domain requires completing domain setup.

A useful investigation

Where is publishing getting stuck?

That distinction gives the analysis context for investigating domain setup and publishing friction. Your team can follow the conversation to understand the customer’s next step.

Feature guides, terminology, and release notes give Primer the same product background your team brings to a customer conversation.

A shared briefing, with detail when it matters.

Relevant passages

Connect the detail

LiteLedger selects source passages that match the conversation or question, bringing relevant product detail into the analysis.

Questions in Ask

Explore the source

Ask can search your enabled product docs and read a source in more depth when a question calls for specifics.

01

Keep context in step with your product.

Start with the docs your team uses

Workspace admins can upload product guides or import a public documentation page, review the text, and save it to Primer.

Choose where each source contributes

Select documents for analysis, Ask, or both, and set their priority. Review those selections and save them together when you’re ready.

Keep public sources current

For imported public pages, turn on scheduled refreshes to bring source changes into Primer. Recent text versions are available to view and restore.

02

See the briefing behind the analysis.

Turn documentation into a reusable briefing

Admins can use distillation to create summaries, key facts, and a glossary from their documents. Primer reuses this compact product knowledge across analysis and Ask.

Check what your context contributes

Preview the compiled briefing for analysis or Ask in Settings. Try a sample question to see which additional source passages it retrieves, then refine your documents or selections.

03

Know when a report is ready for a fresh look.

Spot a change in product context

When saved analysis context changes, reports built with earlier context are marked “Old primer.” The label helps you identify which reports to revisit after a product update.

Choose when to rerun

Existing reports keep their content until you rerun them. You decide when to analyze a customer again using the current product context.
