Workspace admins can now set the request thresholds behind the Customers page’s power, medium, light and minimal tiers. The grouping can reflect the workspace’s own usage pattern. Configurable inactivity periods move quieter customers down a tier.

The thresholds previously came from one workspace’s request distribution. They remain the defaults: power starts at 650 requests, medium at 150 and light at 30. A customer with fewer requests falls into minimal. More than 30 days without activity lowers the result by one tier; more than 60 lowers it by two, stopping at minimal.

Open Settings → Workspace → Customer Tiers to change the request cutoffs or inactivity periods. The inputs require whole numbers, increasing request thresholds from light to power, and a later inactivity threshold for the two-tier drop. Invalid settings are rejected with an explanation in the card.

Saving a change starts a background rebuild of the customer grouping. The existing list stays available during that rebuild, with labels describing the thresholds used for the rows on screen. Once the rebuilt list is ready, the grouping and its labels update together.

These tiers group customers by request volume and recency on the Customers page. They give a workspace a consistent way to filter its customer list for review. Changing a tier threshold does not require another AI analysis.
