Top Customers by Spend now ranks customers within the period and group being investigated. Date, segment, search and spend filters apply to the full spending population before the panel chooses its top results.
That order matters when a group’s customers would sit below the workspace’s biggest spenders. Selecting a segment can show that segment’s leading customers even when none would appear in the unfiltered top list. The chart and its expandable data table use the same filtered results.
Compare the customers that fit the question
The period picker offers the last 7, 30 or 90 days, all available history, and custom dates. The default is 30 UTC calendar days including today. A custom period can leave either bound open, and a chosen end date is included.
More filters narrows the ranking by customer name, account ID or key, first-seen dates, and spending within the selected period. First seen means the earliest usage LiteLedger has observed, rather than the date an account was created. Segment controls follow the workspace’s customer segments and disappear when those segments are turned off.
For a review of recently observed accounts, a team can combine a first-seen window with this month’s spending and a minimum spend. The first-seen window chooses the customer group; the spending period determines which usage contributes to its ranking. The scope caption keeps those dates and filters visible together.
Return to the same comparison
The panel stores filters in the page URL, so reloading or sharing that address with another authorized workspace member preserves the comparison. The result limit can be changed from 5 to 100 customers. Loading, invalid dates, a failed request and a genuinely empty result have separate messages.
Open Dashboard → Top Customers by Spend to use the filters. They affect that panel’s chart and table; the other dashboard panels retain their own scope.
