A new Recent activity section on the customer page brings the latest sessions above the overall report. The newest dated activity leads, with up to two previous sessions beside it, so you can catch up before reading the customer’s longer history.

Each available recap brings together the session’s goal, summary, outcome and saved health score. Dates determine the order. A larger session number does not move an older conversation ahead of a newer one, and a missing health score appears as unassessed.

When saved activity includes a newer human message than the recap, the section shows New activity since the last recap and the latest saved message in place of the older assessment. The section reads saved evidence without running another analysis.

Open session takes you to the available conversation evidence and clears table filters that could conceal it. A retained recap can still be read after its original messages expire. In that case the card says that the original messages are unavailable.

Selecting an archived or focused report keeps the section within that report’s evidence. It is labeled Latest sessions in this report, and saved session numbers do not borrow dates or conversation links from current activity.

The latest session appears first on a phone as well as on a desktop. Longer recaps can be expanded in place, leaving the nearby sessions available for context.
