Choose a period in Sentiment Pulse, then zoom or analyze it

Sentiment Pulse keeps a selected period, its message and session counts, and the actions to zoom or run a focused analysis together.

Sentiment Pulse now keeps a selected period and its next actions together. The customer report shows how many messages and sessions fall within that period, with Zoom to range and Analyze range beside the dates.

This replaces the chart’s separate interaction modes. A period can be marked on the chart or entered through Choose dates…. Both routes produce the same selection, so the displayed counts and the focused-analysis request use the same bounds. The date picker names the timezone being used.

Read a crowded stretch more closely

Zooming spreads out messages that overlap in the full timeline. A scrollbar beneath the closer view shows where it sits in the customer’s history and moves through that history. Reset view returns to the whole timeline without starting another analysis.

A message point opens its original turn, expanded and highlighted in Conversation history. That gives the chart a route back to what the customer wrote and the response they received. The session-health line provides context; its points do not open individual messages.

Analyze the period that needs attention

Analyze range starts a focused report for the selected period. It is a separate analysis action, so choosing a period or zooming does not start a model call. If the range has no messages, or an analysis is already running or queued for that customer, the action explains why it is unavailable. A refused start keeps the selection for another attempt.

The Sentiment Pulse page shows these interactions, and the sample customer report provides a public report to explore. Focused analysis runs in a workspace with its own customer data.
